Introduction to Computing

The Introduction to Computing course introduces basic computing concepts on how a computer works and useful software program applications that can be used at work or in school. Specific topics include hardware components, basic computer operations, securuty issues and applications.

At the end of the course students should be able to have a basic understanding about the functions and operations of a computer, and how it can be used to do their own work or solve problems.
